Businesses can connect either an existing WhatsApp number or a new SIM dedicated to customer communication. Once the connection is completed, all incoming chats will appear in the triochat.io inbox where agents can respond collaboratively.
Step-by-Step QR Code Connection
First, log in to your triochat.io dashboard and open the Settings section. Navigate to WhatsApp Accounts and select Add New Number. A QR code will appear on the screen.
Next, open WhatsApp on your phone and go to Linked Devices. Use the camera to scan the QR code displayed on the triochat.io dashboard. Within a few seconds, the connection will be established and the account will be linked.
Troubleshooting QR Code Issues
If the QR code fails to scan, refreshing your browser often solves the problem. Restarting the WhatsApp application or checking camera permissions can also help.
Switching to another browser or ensuring a stable internet connection may resolve persistent scanning problems.
Maintaining a Stable Connection
For the connection to remain active, your phone must maintain internet connectivity. Avoid logging out of linked devices or frequently switching SIM cards, as this may disrupt the connection.
