How to Add a New Agent
Steps:
- Go to Settings → Team Members
- Click Add Agent
- Enter email address
- Select role
- Send invitation
Agent receives email to set password and login.
Agent Roles and Permissions

- Who can reply to chats
- Who can create campaigns
- Who can edit automation
- Who can access reports
This protects sensitive settings.
Editing or Removing Agents
Admins can:
- Change agent roles
- Deactivate accounts
- Remove access when staff leaves
