Initiate conversation with saved contact

Pin Conversations

The Pin Conversation feature helps agents keep important chats easily accessible at the top of the conversation list. Pinned conversations remain highlighted for quick access and better visibility.


Resolve Conversations

The Resolve Conversation option helps agents mark conversations as completed once the customer query has been addressed. Resolved chats help keep the Inbox clean and organized.


Delete Conversations

The Delete Conversation option allows agents to permanently remove a conversation from the Inbox.

To enable the above 3 options, click on the three dots option available in front of the customer name. All three options- Delete Conversation, Pin Conversation, Mark as resolved option are visible. Click on the one you want to enable.
