The General section allows you to manage the basic identity of your workspace. This includes the workspace name that appears across the platform for all members, making it easy to brand and identify your organization inside duochat.

Workspace Name

You can update your Workspace Name at any time.

• The workspace name is displayed across the entire dashboard
• It is visible to all workspace members
• Useful when rebranding or managing multiple workspaces

After editing the name, click Update to save your changes.

Keeping your workspace name updated ensures your team operates in a clearly labeled, organized, and professional environment.
