Channels allow you to connect messaging platforms to duochat so you can manage all customer conversations from a single, unified inbox. This integration helps centralize communication, reduce tool switching, and streamline support and sales operations.
duochat supports multiple messaging channels to meet different business needs.
WhatsApp Business Platform (API)
This channel connects your official WhatsApp Business number to duochat using the WhatsApp Business Platform (API).
It enables you to:
- Send and receive WhatsApp messages
- Use WhatsApp-approved message templates
- Handle large-scale messaging and broadcasts
- Run automated workflows and campaigns
- Manage all customer chats directly inside duochat

Instagram Messaging
Instagram Messaging allows your team to respond to Instagram Direct Messages directly from duochat.
This channel enables you to:
- Receive Instagram Direct Messages
- Respond to story replies and customer inquiries
- Manage leads from Instagram without switching apps
- Combine WhatsApp + Instagram conversations into a single inbox
